Pressing Instructions:
- Peel clear protective coating from both sides of metal insert.
- Cover bottom pad of heat press with protective paper.
- Secure the transfer to the metal insert with heat tape or temporary adhesive spray.
- The metal insert conducts heat very well and can be pressed with either transfer face up or face down. You can also print both sides at once - just place the insert between two printed transfers [see video below].
- Cover with another piece of protective paper.
- Press at 400°F for 60 seconds with medium pressure.
NOTE: If pressing one side at a time, let the insert cool completely before pressing the other side.
