Many Sawgrass users often look for alternative ink options, and after a year of testing, I'm finally able to offer my own version for the SG500 and SG1000 printers!

This CYAN cartridge is compatible with both the SG500 and SG1000 printers! Our ink has been tested and proven to be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) matched so you can replace them all at once or replace one at a time as needed. Once installed, the SG printers read these cartridges as if they were OEM cartridges (see warnings below). There are no cartridge errors on the front panel, work perfectly with the latest version of Print Manager (as of JUL 2021), and report percentage of ink remaining as expected.

* WARNINGS *

1. The use of non-Sawgrass, 3rd party ink, will void your Sawgrass warranty.
2. It is possible that Sawgrass provides driver, firmware, and/or software updates that allow 3rd party cartridges to be detected in the future. If detected, Sawgrass will likely disable the capability to use our cartridges. Unfortunately, we have no control over Sawgrass development and while we do perform constant testing, we cannot guarantee lifetime functionality.
